Chlorinated latex is latex that has been exposed to a solution of chlorine and other chemicals. During this exposure, it will cause some of the chlorine molecules to attach to the surface of the rubber molecules. This process will reduce the friction on the surface of the latex. The latex is smoother and it can usually be donned with less need for a dressing aid (talc, lube, etc.). Also, during storage, the garments will not tend to stick to themselves thus alleviating the need for talc. Therefore, you garment is likely going to last longer and there is less chance of tears when donning it.
The chlorination process can slightly alter the original latex color, but is usually not visible once polished. If you choose this option, we will polish and shine your item’s exterior; the manufacturer does not provide this finishing touch. If you choose this option, we will apply dressing aid to your item’s interior; the manufacturer does not provide this finishing touch. Polished and Dressing Aid Application | × |
If you choose this option, we will polish and shine your item’s exterior; and apply dressing aid lotion in the interior as the manufacturer does not provide this finishing touch.
Each time your wear the garment, we recommend re-applying a dressing aid. Item: L296 •

Latex thickness: .015" (.35 mm) Available in thicker latex . Unstretched Measurements | ×Measurements

Our clothing is manufactured by some of the leading latex companies in the world; some in Europe and others in North America, whom use different concepts of sizing. Therefore, do not rely on your clothing size (Small, Medium, Large, etc.) to determine the best size for you, as this size varies between different manufacturers.
Please measure the specific body part(s) concerned using a tape measure and the chart on the left as a guide.
Measurement (un-stretched): to determine this value, we have laid the garment flat, and using the chart on the left. We have measured the garment at the point where it would normally sit on the average body type since morphology varies between individuals.
Will stretch up to: we recommend using this guideline, when indicated, as this will ensure a better sizing option.
For clothing without that measurement, you can use the following criteria:
standard thickness latex (< .02" / .5 mm) will stretch by 10 to 15%;
heavy weight latex (> .02" / .5 mm and <= .03" / .75 mm) will stretch by about 10%;
and thicker latex will not stretch or by very little.

Determining Glove Size
|
Use your dominant hand for measurement; the right if you are right-handed and the left if you are left-handed.
Measure your hand with a tape measure around the knuckles of your hand.
This measurement is your glove size. |
Determining Shoe Size
